As part of C1 Espresso's commitment to trade in Samoa, we are working with Samoan bee farmers and fostering honey exports to New Zealand. The first shipment arrived in Christchurch in 2010.
A wonderfully sweet and mild flavored honey from village apiaries surrounded by organic citrus orchards. The honey is of a deep amber colour and has a smooth liquid texture. We are using this honey in our toasted muesli, as a sweetener in our teas and smoothies, and in our famous honey, lemon & ginger winter tonics.
